Best around!

Bourgeois' crawfish boudin is the gold standard! Some of my Yankee friends up here in NH even say it beats lobster! Thanks for putting out such a great product!

Absolutely, positively, the best crawfish boudin in the world.

I love crawfish boudin and will try any brand that I come across. Nothing comes close the product from Bourgeois. I recently ran out of the Bourgeois crawfish boudin I always keep in my freezer so on a trip through Louisiana bought three different brands to try. I tried them all and then gave the most of them away. Everything about the Bourgeois product is superior; large crawfish tails make up half the filling, perfect spices, it is the flavor of Louisiana.
The only downside is that is only available during crawfish season. Yes, it is more expensive but you get what you pay for; worth every penny.

MIND. BLOWN!!!

My family and I experienced this AMAZING boudin while visiting friends in Houma for Mardi Gras. Never had any of us tasted anything so heavenly! We refused to leave town without buying some, but they were sold out. No worries - they shipped directly to our home in Houston! Ice packed and vacuum sealed, they made it there in perfect fresh condition and cooked up just as delicious as when we had it the first time. Also bought some tasso and some jalapeno sausage while we were there - everything was sooooooo good!! Best meat market ever!!!!
