Your Tasso in Collard Greens
Made a pot of Collards using your Tasso instead of Smoked Ham Hocks like my wife usually does. It was outstanding. My sister had brought me some your products in exchange for some of my venison sausage and jerky. The Tasso was the absolute best I have ever tasted!
