Made entirely from ground pork and seasoned with our special seasoning blend. From there, we add fresh chopped garlic, not that powder stuff to get our garlic sausage. Our hot sausage has extra red pepper to spice it up, and we add sliced jalapenos for our jalapeno flavor. We now make green onion fresh sausage too! We use a smaller diameter casing that is more expensive than the larger casings other places use. Our sausage is great on the barbeque pit or fried for breakfast.

I can't find green onion sausage here in the northwest, and don't always feel like making my own, so having this option is great. The taste and quality are right where I want them, so I'll definitely be ordering more!
