First Time Mail Order

My cousin in West Texas brought us some Boudin he ordered from the folks at Bourgeois Meat Market. It was so good we ordered several items for ourselves. I can't believe how good it was, we especially loved the smoked andouille. There is nothing better than y’all’s Smoked Andouille, diced up and seared a lil and mixed with scrambled eggs topped with hash browns with a little simmered holy trinity.. To cure the Lake Bobo’s after a long Blessed weekend on the lake.. Bourgeois Meat Market is the Best I have found..
