Packed with flavor

Had this last year and it was so good and packed with delicious that my friends dog thought the same thing and jumped into my car and stole the rest off the console in my truck 😐 I'll be back this year and make sure I'm not sharing again 🤣

This is a “must splurge” treat every crawfish season. I love that they use high quality local products. I like to turn the boudin into more of a meal by removing it from the casing and stuffing it into bell peppers, portobellos mushrooms or layered on top of a filet of fresh catfish, tuna, redfish or snapper and broiled with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and a pat of butter.. Nothing like it !!
I also stuff the boudin in crawfish heads and make seafood bisque as shown here with crab and crawfish. Delicious Cajun meal !!
