VideoI was really excited for this product, but I ended up pretty disappointed. The quality was excellent as usual but the flavor was just not there. Maybe it was a bad batch but it was very bland and lacked and flavor at all. I will go back to just buying the white boudin or the fresh sausage as it has never let me down. Bourgeois remains the best in the world by far.
