Louisiana Sportsman Show

The 2017 Louisiana Sportsman Show was a huge success. We gave samples of Beef Jerky, Beef Styx, Mild Hogshead Cheese, and Spicy Turkey Cheese. We also sold vacuum packed beef jerky and beef styx....lots of it. There were many who tried our jerky for the first time (boy is that fun to watch) and many who have been eating our products since they were kids. We received tons of support from the Houma/Thibodaux locals stopping buy to pick up a few packs or just dropping by to say hello; or to convince new customers to try a piece even if they didn't want to. My favorite was watching the kids try it for the first time. They would casually grab a piece while walking by, take a bite, stop dead in their tracks and say "Dad... you HAVE to try this."

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and those who have been sharing our Cajun flavors with friend and family for years.
