Any orders containing perishable (FROZEN) items placed after Midnight on Saturday, December 14th will not be shipped out until Monday, January 6th 2025.
Any orders for nonperishable products placed after Noon on Thursday, December 19th will not be sent out until Thursday, December 26th.
Turkey cheese was our attempt to make a healthier version of Hogshead Cheese. It turned out to be even better and is now wildly popular. We follow the same process as the hogshead cheese but replace all the pork meat with whole turkeys. Again, we don’t use any gelatin and the lack of pork gives turkey cheese a softer, more spreadable texture. Try slicing up a pound or two alongside some crackers as an appetizer for the next game. I order some every week and eat it on nut thins crackers. I love the texture and the flavor of the spicy and mild. I like it much better than hoghead cheese.

Excellent produsts!
Ordered the turkey cheese, 12 boudan burritos, and 10 pounds blood and 10 pounds white boudan. Great products! But, I won't order in summer months. It came in a flimsy cardboard box with two little ice packs. Fortunately it stayed mostly frozen.
