Miracles in Meat Podcast

Phil Casse

Phil comes to us from a different neck of the woods. If you ask him, working in a locally owned and operated meat market was absolutely not in the cards. Having years of corporate sales / retail experience and employee relations, Phil’s impact was felt immediately. His leadership skills cover a diverse set of skills that were a welcomed addition to our crew.

Shortly after high school, Phil moved to the Atlanta area where he learned, in a very short amount of time, that the hospitality business was his calling. After returning to Louisiana in 2002, Phil began his service journey throughout the Houma/Thibodaux area restaurants. In 2007, he began working at Raising Canes where he spent about 6 years learning crucial leadership skills and product management.

He then moved on to help operate a local Jimmy John’s franchise in in about 2013. Thankfully, because of this move, Beau met Phil. Beau was a regular at the sandwich shop and was thrilled to find Phil’s resume; the rest is history. Phil’s corporate experience has helped us to reshape and solidify our customer service experience. He has an unwavering positive attitude that is truly a delight to have amongst our ranks.

Phil is married to Lindsey and they have 2 amazing kids Sullivan and Finley. He enjoys playing and writing music with his band WellAware and is currently a Guerilla Jiu Jitsu blue belt under Scotty Smith at Next Generation Martial Arts.
