Mardi Gras!

The Mardi Gras parades start this weekend. It's perfect grilling weather, so come stop by and pick up some meat to barbecue for the friends and family on the parade route. Favorites include our famous Bourgeois Burgers, fresh sausage which comes in a variety of flavors, and of course Bourgeois Beef Jerky. Everyone have a safe and happy Mardi Gras and hopefully, we'll see you in the market.

Holiday Hours:

Monday, February 27 open all day (7am - 5pm)

Tuesday, February 28 closed

Wednesday, March 1 open all day
