Any orders containing perishable (FROZEN) items placed after Midnight on Saturday, December 14th will not be shipped out until Monday, January 6th 2025.
Any orders for nonperishable products placed after Noon on Thursday, December 19th will not be sent out until Thursday, December 26th.
If you leave New Orleans through the Westbank and take LA 23 all the way to the end of the world, you'll end up in Venice, LA which is known for some of the best hunting and fishing in the world. At Venice Marina, there's a small restaurant that puts our boudin into eggrolls as an appetizer and you talk about good. The owner's mom, Ms. Deanna Butler, makes a pepper jelly dipping sauce for these eggrolls that's unbelievably good. We asked her to bottle it for us and it turns out, it's great on everything. We especially enjoy it on Boudin Burritos and with cream cheese on a cracker. Get you some.
The pepper jelly was part of a birthday gift package to our son. He loved everything, especially the jelly. Unfortunately, one of the two jars in the gift was shattered and leaked in the package. Other than that, he was very pleased with everything!
