Any orders for nonperishable products placed after Noon on Thursday, December 19th will not be sent out until Thursday, December 26th.
Our tasso is thick slices of pork butt, seasoned and smoked all day long. Use it anywhere you would Smoked Sausage for a similar flavor but different texture.
The Tasso is outstanding! Was gifted some from a sister in LA and just had to buy more. Used some Collard Greens and more in Red Beans and Rice. Best Tasso I ever tasted.

Your Tasso in Collard Greens
Made a pot of Collards using your Tasso instead of Smoked Ham Hocks like my wife usually does. It was outstanding. My sister had brought me some your products in exchange for some of my venison sausage and jerky. The Tasso was the absolute best I have ever tasted!
